HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?


Arworks will be shipped within 3-4 business days and are typically received within a week business days after shipping in the US and will take weeks for international.

HOW DO YOU SHIP?


All artworks are carefully packaged and shipped via USPS or FedEx. Delivery times may vary, and I may not be able to provide an exact delivery window until the courier is closer to your location.

You will be contacted directly by the courier to coordinate the delivery date and time, and I recommend staying in touch with them for any changes. Once the shipment is with the courier, I will provide you with tracking information.

ORIGINAL PAINTINGS, PRINTS & STICKERS

All sales of artwork are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges based on a change of mind. Each piece is unique and carefully created, and I am committed to providing an accurate representation through online images and descriptions. I encourage you to review all details thoroughly before making a purchase. In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery to resolve the issue.

Damage Prints : I package all artworks, both originals and prints with the utmost care. I am not liable for any damaged items incurred through the mail carriers. I can’t be held responsible for the mishandling of the mail domestically or internationally once it leaves my studio and depending on the damage incurred you may need to file a claim with the shipping service.

However, I am happy to handle this on a case by case basis with individual who are able to provide details and documentation of the damage. If the order is a complete loss and I offer a reprint, I ask that you return the print to our studio in the original packaging. If the original packaging is damaged beyond repair you will need to purchase sturdy packaging from your local post office. You are responsible for shipping costs for replacement prints.

If your print is damaged after delivery I am unable to replace the print for free, so please take care of your print and place your art work away from possible water or heat damage, and handle with care when framing or if you decide to stretch your print.

NOT DELIVERED / LOST / STOLEN

I am not liable for undelivered packages. If your package is marked “Delivered” and is nowhere to be found on your doorstep, please first ensure that you input the correct shipping address, you should be able to view this in you order confirmation email. If a incorrect address was in fact entered at check out and is delivered back to my studio I am happy to forward this to your correct address but I ask that you pay the additional postage and you will be sent an invoice for the additional shipping charges..

If the shipping address is correct and you never received your item you will need to personally contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number to resolve the issue. Check with your neighbors or front office (if applicable) to see if the package was left there. I am unable to reprint an order because of failed delivery.

International buyers be aware you are responsible for any added customs, duties, import taxes, and border and handling fees, that may apply. I am not responsible for any delays due to customs.

Please don’t use my images for profit or without permission.
